all items are handmade to order. please allow 1-2 weeks for processing before shipment. processing times may vary during busy periods, and any delays will be communicated where possible.

handmade variations
each item is individually handmade, so slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur. these variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
custom & personalised orders
by placing an order for a custom or personalised item, customers agree that images of the finished product may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media, unless they notify us in writing prior to dispatch that they wish to opt out. no personal information will be shared.
customs & import fees
customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees applied by the destination country.
