since all items are handmade to order, all sales are final. refunds or exchanges are not available once an order is placed.
if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact manyadventuresofdaisy@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the package. to be eligible for a replacement or resolution, the item must be:
- in the same condition as received
- unworn and unused
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
orders can be cancelled by sending a request to manyadventuresofdaisy@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. orders placed after this time may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
